With rent to rent SA (Serviced Accommodation) or rent to rent hmo (Houses of Multiple Occupancy) you make your money by renting these out room by room if they’re HMO property, or on a nightly rate basis if they’re SA’s. The difference between the income you get from your tenants, and the rent paid to the landlord and all relevant household bills, will then be your profit.
